Greg Beehler is a multifamily real estate investor and community builder based in Southwestern Ontario. His journey into real estate began in 2019, after a pivotal mindset shift led him from his role as a trades supervisor at a Tier 1 automotive manufacturer toward a path of financial literacy, freedom, and generational wealth creation.

Since then, Greg has focused exclusively on multifamily investments, purchasing tired and rundown buildings to restore them into high-quality housing for Canada’s growing population. For him, real estate is more than just a financial vehicle, it is a way to give back. Greg is passionate about addressing housing shortages, revitalizing neighborhoods, and creating spaces where individuals and families can thrive.

His mission extends beyond housing. Inspired to make a lasting difference, Greg is committed to supporting dependent and homeless populations, with a vision to integrate housing and recovery programs into every community his team invests in. He measures success not only by assets under management, but by the number of people positively impacted and the quality of homes returned to the market.

Looking ahead, Greg’s 10-year vision is to expand to 20,000 AUM while building systems that deliver both financial performance and community transformation. He is equally devoted to mentoring and uplifting other investors, shortening their journeys by sharing hard-earned knowledge and resources.
